Kim Zolciak Reveals How “Life is Full Circle” with Her Sons, KJ & Kash
Kim Zolciak has a lot to be proud of when it comes to her football-playing sons, Kash and KJ, because both are making great strides on the field.
Recently, Kim took to her Instagram Stories, sharing a rare look at her 12-year-old son, Kash Kade Biermann, playing the green in one of his school football games. “Life is full circle,” The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum said with three red-heart emojis, adding in the comment section of the original post, “I am so proud of you Kash $$.”
What's more, 14-year-old Kroy Jagger “KJ” Biermann was announced Freshman of the Week for his performance as a defensive lineman. The shared Instagram Story stated, "KJ had a great game," thanks to the teen's "8 tackles, a Sack, a TFL, and a Forced Fumble."
As fans well know, the father of Kim’s children is NFL pro footballer, Kroy Bierman, who played linebacker for the Atlanta Falcons from 2008 to 2015. The couple’s 11 years together, before they announced their separation in 2023, overlapped with his appearances on RHOA and the family-centered spinoff, Don’t Be Tardy.
Kim Zolciak shares more details on her son's football careers
Although Kim's updates about Kash and KJ are rare, they tend to revolve around their athleticism and her cheering them on. In March, Kim and her middle children attended the 2025 B2C Awards Gala — Born to Compete to celebrate young athletes.
Alongside a photo of Kim with her (much) taller sons, Kim stated, “I couldn’t be more proud of my boys [KJ] and [Kash]. Football is their true passion. They give it their all!! Early morning workouts, after school work outs, boats load of food, commitment, drive and a true love for the game. Makes me so happy. KJ is 13 and 6’1. Kash is 12 and 6’1 (I’m 5’7 1/2).”
Big sister, Brielle Biermann, said she was "Soooo proud” of her brothers, announcing that Kash had won the award for defensive lineman of the year. Kim’s second eldest, Next Gen NYC’s Ariana Biermann, shared a pic with the footballers, telling her followers, “Keep in mind I’m wearing platform boots and on my tippy toes,” putting the boys’ heights into context.
Who are Kim Zolciak’s kids?
Kim has six kids, including 28-year-old Brielle and 23-year-old Ariana. They are Kim’s daughters from before her relationship with Kroy, through the latter legally adopted the girls in 2013. Together, the estranged couple share Kash, KJ, plus 11-year-old twins Kaia and Kane Biermann.

On the Sept. 4 episode of Reginae Carter's YouTube show, Brielle apprised fans of the latest news with her siblings. She said, “KJ is 14 going into high school, and he is fast, OK? I'm like, ‘KJ, calm down. There's enough women for later…’”
And as for Kash, “He loves donuts … So, if I need to bribe him with anything? I’m like, ‘Hey, go steal this shoe from Mom’s closet for me, and I’ll send you a box of Krispy Kremes,’” Brielle continued. “And he’ll do it in two seconds.”
She said the youngest boy and girl of the bunch were “growing up” and “so different” and said she and Ariana “always have been” best friends.
Of Ariana, Brielle said, “I feel like she has always been my child, in a way. We’re four and a half years apart, and she is just still my chicken nugget, like, I’ll never see her as this grown, beautiful woman she’s grown into.”
Ariana also shared some updates on her siblings when speaking to The Daily Dish earlier this year. "My oldest brother, KJ, is about to go to high school. I'm going to throw up," she said in May, adding that Kash is "the sweetest boy ever."
She continued, "And my little twins, they're 11, [and] still my babies... Kaia, she is amazing. She is a character of her own, I would say. She's got the funniest parts from both my parents."
As for Kane, she called him "the smartest, cutest little munchkin ever... I feel like he's still four, yeah."

Finn’s Marriage Is On The Line

Finn and Ridge are both pushing to have Luna Nozawa given up to the police, but they might have to fight the Spencer Family to do it. In the mean time, will Li get arrested too for fraud and aiding a fugitive?
