Jeana Keough's Son Shane Celebrates His Mom's Birthday with a Rare Look at Her Life as a Grandma
The past 15 years have brought many big changes for Jeana Keough; chief among them was becoming a grandma.
Fans received a peek at Jeana’s post-Bravo life on Thursday, September 18, when her firstborn, Shane Keough, took to Instagram to celebrate her special day. The Real Housewives of Orange County son kicked things off with a sweet photo of Jeana holding her 1-year-old grandchild McKay Keough.

Shane went on to share a heartwarming moment in which he was seen hugging his mom, as well as a few more snaps of Jeana and McKay. One of the photos also showed the former Housewife with Stetson Lou Bosworth, the youngest child of Jeana’s daughter, Kara Keough Bosworth.

Shane and his wife, Francheska Perez Keough, welcomed McKay in late 2023, about a year after tying the knot. The OC dad named his little girl in honor of Kara’s late son, McCoy, who died just six days after his birth.
“On April 6th (2020) our son McCoy Casey Bosworth was born at 3:10am. Weighing in at 11 pounds and 4 ounces and spanning 21 inches, McCoy surprised us all with his size and strength (and overall perfection),” Kara wrote. “During the course of his birth, he experienced shoulder dystocia and a compressed umbilical cord. He joined our Heavenly Father and will live forever in the hearts of his loving parents, his adoring sister, and those that received his life-saving gifts.”
Kara confirmed that she and her husband, Kyle Bosworth, agreed to donate McCoy’s organs. The couple also shares a daughter, Decker Kate, and a son, Vaughn.

As shown on Instagram, Jeana, Shane, and Kara reunited this year to celebrate Vaughn’s 4th birthday. The family was also joined by Jeana’s youngest son, Colton Keough.
Jeana shared her children with former MLB player Matt Keough, whom she officially divorced in 2019. A year after the divorce was finalized, Kara announced her father had died from a pulmonary embolism. Jeana spoke about the tragedy in an interview with Hollywood Life, saying Matt’s death came as a complete shock because he was “so young and pretty reasonably healthy.”
She told the outlet the loss hit especially hard, as the family was still reeling from McCoy’s death.
“You know what to lose a grandchild and an ex-husband in less than three weeks,” Jeana admitted before referencing her three children. “It’s been rough. They’re all taking it badly.”

Dolores Catania is feeling "back" to herself, six weeks after getting surgery to treat her AFib, or Atrial Fibrillation, which is an irregular and very rapid heart rhythm.
The Real Housewives of New Jersey mom of two took to Instagram, where she shared her story with the heart condition and how she's now recovering today. "About six months ago, I was driving when I felt a sharp pain in my chest that radiated down my arm," she wrote in the caption of the post. "As women, we tend to ignore aches and pains, brushing them off as part of every day life — but this felt different. After that, I started experiencing frequent flutters in my chest, sometimes waking me up at night."
After calling her cardiologist, Dolores started wearing a heart monitor and was diagnosed with AFib. Dolores then had a cardiac ablation done in May to treat the condition. "I'm not six weeks out and back to myself!" she noted. "I'll be off all medication soon, and I haven't had any episodes since the procedure."
