Bachelor Nation’s Mugshots Over the Years: Melissa Rycroft, Victoria Larson and More
Posted October 11, 2025
Unfortunately most run-ins with the law don’t end with roses. Victoria Fuller, Amanda Stanton and Chris Soules are among the Bachelor and Bachelorette contestants who have made headlines for their legal troubles over the years.
Fuller, for her part, was booked for a DUI in August 2017, two years before she competed for Peter Weber’s heart on The Bachelor. According to The Sun
, she pleaded guilty and served one year supervised probation and two years of unsupervised general good behavior.
Stanton, meanwhile, appeared on season 20 of The Bachelor and seasons 3 and 4 of
Bachelor in Paradise. She was arrested on one count of battery domestic violence in Las Vegas in September 2018 during her relationship with ex-boyfriend Bobby Jacobs. The charges against Stanton were dropped in December 2018. She and Jacobs split April 2019.
News broke in September 2025 that former Rycroft had been arrested for a suspected DWI. The next month, Rycroft addressed the incident, writing in an Instagram comment that “life really sucks right now and I’m struggling, but I’m trying to march forward.”

Melissa Rycroft
TMZ reported in September 2025 that Rycroft was arrested for a suspected DWI. She was taken into custody and held for eight hours before being released on a $1,000 bond.
Victoria Larson
The controversial Bachelor season 25 contestant made headlines in January 2021 after her past mugshot surfaced online. Us confirmed that Victoria, whose job title is “queen” on the ABC series, was arrested in 2012 for stealing more than $250 worth of merchandise, including food and cosmetics, from a Publix grocery store in Florida.
Victoria accepted a plea deal and was ordered to six months of probation, theft awareness classes and required to pay a hefty fee.
“When the story [initially] broke, I called my dad, of course,” Victoria recalled on
Good Morning America at the time. “And he’s like, ‘How do you feel?’ And I’m like, ‘I feel liberated!’ Like everything is exposed. I can tell my future husband Google me; I have no secrets to hide.”
Amanda Stanton
Amanda detailed the night of her 2018 arrest in her book, Now Accepting Roses.
“That night I had a couple more drinks than usual (and by that, I mean two more than my one normal glass of wine), and we were all kind of being loud in the hotel room. We were there to celebrate, but never did we mean to cause a huge disturbance,” she wrote. “With the noise we were making, our neighbors called hotel security, who came to our room. Bobby, who rarely, rarely drank, opened the door to speak to them and apologize on our behalf for being so loud. I don’t know what got into me, but I suppose liquid courage happens to the best of us in the worst moments sometimes. I barged up to the door and ‘pushed’ Bobby aside to get in front of him to speak to security myself.”
She added: “The words ‘domestic violence’ did not describe me, Bobby, or our relationship. The press was saying I shoved Bobby, but anyone who sees us knows that isn’t even possible. I’m 5’3”. He’s 6’7”! There was no way he’d move an inch no matter how much strength I used.”
Victoria Fuller
While Fuller was originally sentenced to 365 days in jail, per court docs obtained by The Sun, the time behind bars was suspended. She ultimately paid at a $250 fine, had a restricted license for one year, served time on probation and ordered to remain substance free for a 24-month unsupervised general good behavior period.
Chris Soules
Soules, who is currently serving two years probation, told Us in December 2019 that he’s in a “good” place. “It’s been not easy on anyone. I’m just happy that I’m able to live another day and work and do my thing and be able to do better things for the people around me,” he admitted. “I’m healthy, I’m semi-young, and when I meet the right person, it will be the right time.”
Jubilee Sharpe
Sharpe appeared on Ben Higgins’ season of The Bachelor in 2016. Four years later, the U.S. Army veteran was arrested for a DUI in Palm Beach, Florida, in February 2020. Us confirmed that Sharpe refused to submit to a breath, blood or urine test, but was released on her own recognizance hours after she was taken into custody.
Arie Luyendyk Jr.
Ten years before the former race car driver was named the lead for season 22 of The Bachelor, Luyendyk Jr. was arrested for driving with a suspended license in Scottsdale, Arizona, in October 2008. He pleaded guilty to one count of driving with a suspended license.
