“This season on ‘Vanderpump Rules,’ the deep-rooted, dynamic group of friends, frenemies and lovers that have been working for Lisa Vanderpump at SUR for years are shaking things up – from pump-tinis to chaos. Despite new uniforms and a few fresh faces in the mix, the drama remains as messy and complicated as their iconic predecessors,” reads a press release from NBCUniversal.
In an accompanying trailer, a number of past quotes from the cast are featured, including Lisa Vanderpump‘s “Villa Blanca is where you take your wife and SUR’s where you take your mistress,”

“I’ve always said with my staff, give me anything. But don’t give me boring,” she shares.
As Lisa introduces Angelica to the group, the newbie immediately slips and falls as Demy says she “[works] with idiots” and others argue about the gayness of the name of their Aquamarine cocktail.
Elsewhere, Natalie tells Lisa, “I’ve worked here for two years. This is my family and they’re all telling me that they hate me,” as Kim explains, “Natalie’s really nice, and then she’s crazy.”
As expected, plenty of racy schenanigans are teased in the sneak peek, with Venus saying in a confessional, “We’re able to work, party, have sex,” and a penis pump getting discovered.
“Athletes stretch, I pump. You know, we all have a routine,” Chris explains.
Angelica seems to be the series’ resident flirt as she’s seen admitting, “I find myself in coworker relationships pretty quickly,” and later caught flirting with Shayne.
“Hey, you know I found your Hinge profile, and it says that you believe in monogamy,” she states.
But he replies, “That wasn’t updated.”
According to Shayne, he has trouble committing because he finds himself wondering, “What about all the other chicks?”
Still, the women of the show seem to be intrigued, and a love triangle is teased involving him, Natalie, and Angelica.
“Do I need to, like, stab you?” Angelica asks Natalie after learning Shayne had come onto her, later accusing her of crossing a boundary with her text messages to their castmate.
Venus and Kim are also at odds, with Venus accusing her of making him feel “backstabbed” and Marcus accusing Venus of trying to come between them.
As the trailer concludes, Lisa offers, “This is SUR. They’re not perfect, but they’re mine.”Bravo will air a special “Raise Your Glass to 11 Seasons” episode on Tuesday, November 25, at 9/8c, which will feature the series’ most iconic moments and never-before-seen footage, and lead up to the season 12 premiere of
