Teen Mom star Cory Wharton gives update on daughter Maya after her open-heart surgery and reveals ‘new challenges’

TEEN Mom Cory Wharton has shared an update on his daughter Maya’s recovery following her open-heart surgery.
The three-year-old underwent her second open-heart surgery, which the family expected she would eventually need to resolve a heart condition she was born with.
Cory has been documenting her daughter’s health struggles and recovery on social media, keeping fans in the loop along the way.
On Friday, days after her surgery, The Challenge star shared on Instagram that Maya was doing well and on the mend.
He posted a carousel of photos of the toddler recovering in her hospital room, surrounded by her toys and dolls.

MAYA’S JOURNEY
Cory revealed last month that Maya would be undergoing her second open-heart surgery after having a challenging first surgery in January 2023 when she was seven months old.
The TV personality and his girlfriend, Maya’s mother, Taylor Selfridge, had been preparing for the day since learning that Maya would need multiple surgeries to correct her heart defect.
Maya was born with a congenital heart defect called tricuspid atresia with VSD, which they discovered when Taylor was 25 weeks pregnant.

Luann de Lesseps Hints At Potential Return Of OG 'RHONY' Ladies

Luann de Lesseps recently teased that fans of The Real Housewives of New York City could see some familiar faces back on screen soon. While promoting her cabaret shows, Luann hinted that conversations have been happening about bringing back some of the original RHONY cast members — possibly in a new format or a special project.
She didn’t name names, but her comments suggest that Bravo might be exploring ways to reunite the “OG” ladies like Ramona Singer, Sonja Morgan, Dorinda Medley, and Jill Zarin. This follows Bravo’s split of the RHONY universe into RHONY: Legacy (which became RHONY: Ultimate Girls Trip – RHONY Legacy) and the rebooted RHONY Season 14 with an all-new cast.
Luann said she “misses the chemistry” of the original group and thinks fans “still want more from the OGs.” Bravo hasn’t officially confirmed any new RHONY Legacy plans yet, but Luann’s remarks have reignited excitement among longtime viewers.
