Robert Irwin eyed for U.S. modeling campaigns and TV shows like The Bachelor after big break on DWTS
ROBERT Irwin is gearing up for superstardom as many Hollywood heavyweights “want a piece of him” following his success on DWTS, The U.S. Sun can exclusively reveal.
The beloved son of the late Steve Irwin is being eyed for some top U.S. modeling campaigns as well as TV shows such as The Bachelor.

Robert, 21, typically resides in Queensland, Australia, where he helps run the Australia Zoo with his mom, Terri, and sister, Bindi Irwin.
However, a source close to the animal lover has confirmed to The U.S. Sun that Robert is looking to make California a more permanent part of his life.
“Robert has been openly discussing moving to LA, at least part-time.
“He’s being eyed to be a big star and he has a lot of opportunities in Hollywood if he chooses to grab them.
“Heavy hitter agencies are eyeing to sign him. Including CAA and WME,” an insider said of the top two celebrity talent agencies in Los Angeles.
“He’s being considered for fashion campaigns and other TV shows have their sights set on him, including The Traitors.
“ABC execs on set have joked that Robert should be the next Bachelor. Well, it’s not really a joke.
“They would actually kill to cast Robert in the role and have told him that but he’s just too young.
“If he was about 5 years older, it’d be a no-brainer,” the source explained.
While his family is no stranger to Hollywood, they have primarily maintained a life Down Under.

Robert’s sister, Bindi, won Dancing With The Stars in 2015 with partner-turned-judge, Derek Hough.
Following her Mirrorball Trophy win, Bindi and the Irwin family went on to star in a number of reality shows for the Animal Planet network.
Despite their international TV stardom, the family primarily lived in Australia throughout their lives.
Robert’s decision to eye a move to Los Angeles could also be driven by love, as The U.S. Sun recently reported that he’s hit it off with DWTS troupe member, Hailey Bills.

“Robert’s been chasing Hailey around on set like a puppy dog. It’s no secret, people see it but the whole crew is supportive.
“They love the two of them individually so together they would be even better.
“There’s definitely a lot of attraction there, definitely a lot of flirting.
“They seem to have a really good connection and chemistry, that’s for sure,” a source spilled.
However, the insider said that it’s still early on, so the pair are “not yet” officially dating.
“Robert has his eyes on the prize and is just trying to get through this season and come out on top, so nothing is official yet.
“They aren’t in a relationship but the attraction is there, it’s heading in that direction.”
Hailey, 19, is the niece of longtime DWTS pro, Jenna Johnson, who also competed on this current season, however, she was eliminated in the first week with partner Corey Feldman.
Hailey was cast on the show this season and made her DWTS debut in September as a troupe member.
Dancing With the Stars airs on Tuesdays at 8 pm EST on ABC and is available to stream the following day on Hulu and Disney+.

Chicago P.D. Star Patrick John Flueger Takes Leave of Absence to Address Personal Matters

EXCLUSIVE: The Intelligence Unit of Chicago P.D.‘s 21st District will be down an officer for some time this season. Original cast member Patrick John Flueger is taking a leave of absence from the popular NBC police drama, where he plays Adam Ruzek, to deal with a personal matter, sources tell Deadline. He will return later in the season.

The temporary departure was unexpected, and scripts are being reworked to reflect Ruzek’s absence, we hear. According to sources, the time off comes as Flueger has been going through a difficult period personally, with an instance of alcohol use on set.
The Chicago franchise, produced by Universal Television in association with Wolf Entertainment, is known for accommodating its actors when they need a break for personal reasons. Chicago Fire star Taylor Kinney also took a leave of absence, returning to the firefighter drama 10 months later.
Since Chicago P.D.’s inception, Flueger’s Ruzek has been an integral part of the Intelligence Unit led by Sergeant Hank Voight (Jason Beghe). After years of an on-and-off relationship between Ruzek and Detective Kim Burgess (Marina Squerciati), the couple tied the knot in front of their friends and family in the Season 12 finale. They share a daughter, Makayla, whom they adopted in Season 8. Ruzek also looks after his father, Disco Bob (Jack Coleman), who last season was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and is now living at a nursing home in Chicago.
In the current Season 13, the team is dealing with the fallout of Deputy Chief Charlie Reid (Shawn Hatosy), which Voight orchestrated. As the intelligence team gets back to business after they were cleared, Ruzek and Burgess are focused on their marriage and family, and treading lightly on the streets of Chicago.
