Gia Giudice has quite a bit going on in her life. Not only did she become a bona fide reality star with Next Gen NYC, but she has also been discussing potentially moving out of Teresa Giudice‘s home. Now, she’s sharing an update on this significant step toward more independence.
As fans know, Gia, 24, graduated from Rutgers University in 2023 with a degree in Criminal Justice. Initially, she planned to attend law school, but this has since changed. Currently, Gia and Audriana Giudice, 15, are the only two of the four daughters who still live at home with Teresa, 53, and Luis Ruelas, 50.
According to Bravo, Gia recently took to her Instagram Stories to express her desire to move out of her mother’s house. She did this on August 21 and captioned an Instagram Story, “Can’t wait to have my place already. I am in desperate need for an easy commute to nyc!! coming soon.”
She continued, “This is why I don’t go to everything because it’s soo tiring going back and forth.”
Gia has discussed potentially getting a place of her own for quite some time now. Initially, Gia stated that she wasn’t in a rush to move out, saying that she had all she needed at her mother’s house.

However, more recently, she has opened up about how daunting a task it is to commute to New York City from New Jersey for work. Of course, this came after she started her podcast and began filming for Next Gen NYC.
She recently told Today, “It’s a lot. My schedule has only picked up since Next Gen NYC, which is funny, because it picked up the summer we were filming Next Gen, and no one knew that we were filming it. It’s just my career kind of started picking up, and my brand started growing, and I am in the city at least four times a week, so it’s a lot of back and forth from Jersey.”
Still, it’s unclear where Gia is in the moving process.
