General Hospital Spoilers: Tracy's Discovery, Rocco's Heartbreak, and Britt's Busted! Week of November 3-7

General Hospital spoilers are in for the week of November 3, 2025. Fans can expect Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) to get bamboozled. Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) uses reason.
Plus, Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliott) faces another complication despite her discovery. Keep reading and let’s talk about what is coming up in the ABC soap opera.
Tracy Quartermaine’s Complication
Let’s start off with Tracy, who found Monica Quartermaine’s (Lesley Charleson) will. The woman thinks this is enough to expose Veronica “Ronnie” Bard (Erika Slezak).
In fact, a preview clip for Monday’s episode shows Tracy marching off declaring that she has Ronnie now!
Meanwhile, Ronnie starts to pause on her decision to sign the house over to Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison). I really hope Ronnie’s conscience has her reconsider selling the mansion to the congressman.
Later in the week, Tracy faces a complication. A sneak peek released by ABC shows Outback steals legal documents! So, that could pose a problem with Tracy’s plan.
Britt Westbourne Busted
Over with Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) getting busted. The woman was just put in charge of Professor Henry “Hank” Dalton (Daniel Goddard) by Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota). When Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Bruner) bursts through the door, Britt might have some explaining to do!
Portia Robinson vs Jordan Ashford
General Hospital spoilers for the week of November 3 reveal that Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) will lash out at Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper).
Of course, in Jordan’s eyes, Portia shouldn’t have been keeping another baby secret from Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner). Portia might reason that her pregnancy is none of Jordan’s business, and she’s right.
Week of November 3, 2025
Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) begs Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) to consider another suspect rather than Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson). Emma and Gio further their plan. Meanwhile, Rocco gets blindsided.
Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) opens up to Laura Collins (Genie Francis). However, Laura will also be warned by Sidwell, who insists she has a price.
Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) is in grave danger. Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) is put on another assignment.
Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) takes a new case. A familiar face lands in Port Charles. Plus, Ava Jerome (Maura West) impresses Sidwell. Wouldn’t it be interesting if Ava ended up back at Wyndemere after losing it in the divorce?
Also, Emma strategizes with Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke). Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) told Charlotte that she and Rocco couldn’t trust Britt. So, with Emma finding Britt with Goddard, this should get very interesting!

Below Deck Med’s Captain Sandy Reveals Crossover She Wants After RHOSLC With Captain Jason

Now that Captain Jason Chambers has officially ushered in Bravo’s crossover era with The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City
We’re not entirely sure if Captain Sandy has the patience to wrangle the RHOSLC cast, but she said in a recent interview that she is ready to charter a boat full of Housewives. Recently, she revealed which franchise she’d like to welcome aboard next season, and honestly? Bravo needs to make it happen.

Captain Sandy wants a Below Deck Med crossover with the Real Housewives of New York
In a new interview with Decider, Captain Sandy admitted that she felt “a little jealous” that Captain Jason got to lead the way on Bravo’s first-ever Below Deck/Real Housewives crossover. However, she knows they were in good hands.
“He’s a great captain, so his priority is the safety of the crew and the guests,” she said.
When asked which Housewives franchise she’d want on a charter, Sandy didn’t hesitate. She quickly called out The Real Housewives of New York because of a personal connection she has with the cast.
Sandys said, “I have to say, my first BravoCon, there were a lot of New York Housewives near me, and I just think that would be amazing.”
Although she didn’t specify which version of RHONY she meant, it definitely sounds like she’s talking about the original cast rather than the reboot that’s currently on pause after two seasons. Plus, after that Cartagena boat ride from hell, the OG RHONY women deserve another chance at sea.
