What were you thinking, Bold & Beautiful

Were you thinking? You do not have to have a masters in sensitivity to know how gross it was for the show to repost to its official Instagram page a scene in which Luna stalks Will at Forrester Creations (after sneaking in as the most obviously disguised pizza-delivery man ever) and, worse, captioning said post, “Would you say no?”

Are you kidding? This isn’t about whether Lisa Yamada is gorgeous; she is. But her character is [bleeping] sexually harassing Will. That’s the clip. He says no. He says she needs to go. Who over there requires a lesson in consent? This isn’t cute, it’s horrifying — especially in light of the fact that Luna later got Will drunk off his ass, put on his girlfriend Electra’s party mask and raped him without him having any idea who she was.

The show may refuse to say the “R” word, but we’re gonna call it what it was: rape.

To be clear, we adore Yamada, who is an electrifying presence on

Bold & Beautiful (and gives great interview answers to boot). But WTH is the show selling with this post? “Hey, watch us. We have hot girls ‘making their move’ on guys who have said loudly, clearly and often that they are not down for it.”

It’s not a good look, Bold & Beautiful. Neither is the fact that everyone on the show talks about “that night” as if it was just a case of bad decisions being made. Nuh-uh. Luna targeted Will. She made sure that he wound up in a position in which he couldn’t say no; he was so blotto, he barely knew where he was, never mind who was macking on him.
